
POSTURAL RESTORATION
Postural Restoration: a form of functional and neuromuscular re-education that focuses on restoring diaphragmatic breathing and balancing muscle strength to reduce pain located in the spine and peripheral joints.
Treatment addresses posture and breathing dysfunctions at rest and with movement. Once normalized the client will see decreases in pain as well as improvements in body awareness and overall functional movements.
